Junior Golf Overview

The Royal Adelaide Golf Club provides a structured player development pathway for junior golfers – from learning to play via our Junior Academy programs through to playing the game as a junior member in both internal and external representative competition.

The Royal Adelaide Golf Club has long been considered South Australia’s premier course with a traditional links layout. For many years it has been highly rated by both national and international standards and is currently one of the top 10 courses in Australia (and amongst the top 100 courses in the world).

The club have hosted many major international events including the Australian Open and recently returned to international stage hosting the 2017 ISPS Handa Australian Open – and will again the host the event in 2020.

The club prides itself on the quality of the golf experience, with its international standard golf course, fine cuisine, first class clubhouse and facilities – where the practice range features extensive space for long game, short game and putting.

With a strong history of producing both leading amateurs and touring professionals, RAGC understands the important role that juniors play within the club and maintains a strong focus on it’s Junior Academy and Junior Membership, where our team of golf professionals and member volunteers play an active role in ensuring the best experience for each young golfer.
