Junior Golf – Overview
The Royal Adelaide Golf Club provides a comprehensive calendar of events for its junior members – from weekly stablefords to seasonal medals and annual trophy competitions; from junior matchplay series to inter-club competition – all supported by an extensive our Junior Development Pathway of coaching programs run by our international team of PGA Professionals.
The Royal Adelaide Golf Club has long been considered South Australia’s premier course with a traditional links layout. For many years it has been highly rated by both national and international standards and is currently one of the top 10 courses in Australia (and amongst the top 100 courses in the world). Having hosted many major international events (including the Australian Open) and recently returned to international stage hosting the 2017 & 2020 ISPS Handa Australian Women’s Open. The club prides itself on the quality of the golf experience, with an international standard golf course, fine cuisine and professional clubhouse service.
With a strong history of producing both leading amateurs and touring professionals, RAGC understands the important role that juniors play within the club and maintains a strong focus on it’s program of on-course events, supported by the Junior Development Pathway of coaching programs, where our team of golf professionals and member volunteers play an active role in ensuring the best experience for each young golfer.
