Junior Membership Pathway

With a strong history of producing both leading players and life-long members alike, Royal Adelaide understands the important role that juniors play within the fabric of a club and thus maintains a strong focus on its Junior Development Program. The Club’s Junior Development Fund supports a progressive program of coaching and representative opportunities where our team of golf professionals and member volunteers play an active role in ensuring the best experience for each young golfer, which includes a variety of social, competitive and representative opportunities for our members.

Royal Adelaide’s Junior membership options are structured to suit young golfers of all ages and are split into three tiers: Junior Under 11, Junior Under 16 and Junior Under 21.

We understand that children’s hobbies and interests change, so our Junior Entrance Fee is optional. If you choose not to pay the Optional Junior Entrance Fee and your child turns 21, the Junior Under 21 Entrance Fee of the day becomes payable (22% of the Category 1 Entrance Fee). If you elect to pay the Optional Junior Entrance Fee, no further entrance fee will be charged through your child’s continuous membership. Additionally, if you have paid the Optional Junior Entrance Fee and your child discontinues their membership, a once-off readmission without payment of a readmission entrance fee may be permitted (certain conditions must be met to be eligible, speak with our Josh Young, our Member Engagement Officer for more information).
