On Sunday 27th August, a field of 36 players contested the 2023 Brock Trophy in spring-like conditions. The trophy was first donated by Mr and Mrs A.J. Brock in 1977 with R.E. & Mrs E.F. Hunwick crowned the inaugural champions.
In the 2023 event, the scoring matched the conditions with Janice Fletcher & Andrew Craig winning with a score of +7. In second place were Ali & Mark Coventry on +6, with Greg & Jane Searle in third on a countback from Don Howie & Oksana Holubowycz and Ned & Vicki Thwaites, all on +5.

The Brock Trophy is a popular mixed 4BBB par competition played annually in August. All play is from the white tees for men, and red tees for women.
Eligible member categories include Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, Interstate, Overseas, Country, Veteran (25), Veteran (50), Under 36, Junior, Veteran (25) Associate and Veteran (50) Associates who hold a Golf Australia handicap. Members’ guests with a Golf Australia handicap may also play. Members’ guests are ineligible to win the Brock Trophy but eligible to win prizes.
Cost: $63 per person, includes golf and lunch
