On Saturday 1st July, a team of Royal Adelaide members travelled to Sydney for the biannual AGC v RAGC match.
In the first round on Sunday 2nd July, our mixed pairings got off to a great start, winning 5 matches to The Australian’s 3 matches. Congratulations to winning pairings of Tim Jordan & Louisa Zerella, Craig Ball & Annie Hugo, Jim & Claire Sweeney, Matt & Charmaine Binns and Phil & Lou Jacka.
The second round on Monday 3rd July was a closer contest, with Royal Adelaide winning 4.5 matches to The Australian’s 3.5 matches. Our winning pairs were Matt Binns & Jaime Botten, Tim Evans & Phil Jacka, Pam Winter & Lou Jacka and Paula Botten & Claire Sweeney, with Louisa Zerella & Charmaine Binns scoring a half.
Prizes were also on offer for best scores of the day per club with the following our best on ground.
