WOMEN’S CLUB DINNER & CENTENARY BOWL – Congratulations Juliet Hugo and Jane Lane

The annual Women’s Club Dinner was held in fine style with 125 women in attendance for the event. After the oohs and aahs had subsided from the crowd for the Centenary Bowl 4BBB Par draw and the main meal was tucked away the Club was very grateful to Guest Speaker, Amanda Vanstone AO, who had the crowd captivated with her speech covering many topics, both current affairs and stories from her past.

It felt like hardly a wink had passed and then everyone was back at it shiny fresh for the Centenary Bowl 4BBB Par early the next morning.

Congratulations to Juliet Hugo and Jane Lane who combined nicely together to win the event with +8 on a countback from Kay Atkins and Jane Cooper.

At the Centenary Bowl lunch, Lucy Verco provided an update on the progression of bringing women’s golf under the one club, one governance plan. Read Lucy’s speech here.
