2022 Champions Ben Hook & Sarah Chia
54 players headed out to contest the annual Black and White Trophy on Sunday in hot conditions.
Ben Hook and Sarah Chia jumped out of the gates with 41 points to win the AM round and held a 2 point lead at the lunch break. Defending champions, Paul Reader and Mark Miller, came storming home with 39 points in the PM round but fell one shot short in recapturing their title as Ben and Sarah held on with 33 points in the PM round to win the event by one shot from Paul and Mark on 73 with father and son combination, Jamie & Campbell McKee, finishing 3rd on 72 points.
Craig Ball and Sam Chen were the winners of the PM round with 40 points.

‘Where golf, food and wine meet’

Bookings are now open for the 2022 Black and White Trophy. This event is open to all male and female members of the following categories; Category 1, Category 2, Country, Overseas, Interstate, Veteran 25, Veteran 50, Under 36, Junior, Honorary Life. The field will be strictly limited due to clubhouse capacity restrictions.
*Entries close 5pm Thursday 3rd February*
FORMAT
- 36 Holes – 9.00am Shotgun start
- Played in fours (two pairs per group, 1 ball per pair) players hit alternate shots, one player hits off all odd numbered holes, one player hits off all even numbered holes, order swaps for the afternoon.
- Foursomes Stableford
- Golf (Round 1) 9.00am – 12.00pm
- Lunch 12.00pm – 1.30pm – One course lunch
- Golf (Round 2) 1.30pm – 4.00pm (Draw is shuffled for the afternoon)
- Entry Fee $45 per player (Charged to account for those on timesheet) Includes lunch and entry fee. (Wine to be charged on consumption per table.)
- Very Important – Speed of play is imperative
